SHIPPING
Orders will be dispatched from Monday to Friday during normal office hours.
LOrders received on our website are prepared and dispatched within 2 working days, and are delivered within 24-72 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
We only ship within the mainland of Spain.
If you want us to ship outside the peninsula, and you want to buy our products, please write to hi@monetbotanics.com to find the best solution and send you what you have requested to the destination you indicate.
If you accept the shipping quote outside the mainland of Spain, PLEASE NOTE: Shipments outside the mainland of Spain are subject to the corresponding Customs Control, and the time they remain under such control will depend on the traffic and regulations of each country.
MONET BOTANICS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by this reason and costs. ¡ IMPORTANT! Please note that the shipping costs do not include customs and/or import costs that apply depending on the country of destination will be charged to the buyer. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track the progress of your order once it has left our warehouse.
DELIVERY TIMES
MONET BOTANICS offers a delivery time of 24-72 hours with the transport company Correos from the time the product is shipped.
Shipping is free if your order is over 50 €. If your order is less, it will cost you 5,95 €.
PAYMENT METHODS
The next step is to choose how to make the payment. All orders placed through the MONET BOTANICS online shop must be paid for in advance.
The customer can pay for Monet Botanics products with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
Delivery will be made to the address indicated. If at the time of delivery you are not at the address you indicated.
As a first option, the Correos delivery person will ask a neighbour if they can receive and sign for your parcel. If none of the neighbours accepts the delivery, Correos will leave a note of passage and take the parcel to the branch office. Correos will make a second delivery attempt.
If the item is not delivered after the second attempt, the parcel will be parked at the post office and nine working days after the first attempt, it will be returned to the sender.

RETURNS
You have a maximum period of 14 natural days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, return or exchange, except in the case of fresh and/or perishable products which, due to their characteristics, may deteriorate or expire quickly, products made according to the CUSTOMER's specifications or clearly personalised and/or sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery. The right of withdrawal, return or exchange does not apply to these products.
If a product arrives faulty or damaged, you must make a claim for the goods within 24 hours of receipt of the order. The exchange will be made for the same product, always sending the product in poor condition to our warehouses at no cost to the customer.
If a product is defective and is returned to us for further testing, but the product is not defective according to the subsequent analysis, the costs of returning the product to our warehouse and its subsequent delivery to the customer's home shall be borne by the customer.
In this sense, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, return or exchange of the purchased product, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.. It must also not have been opened, unsealed or used.
- It must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. with its intact original packaging.
- The return can be made by sending by ordinary registered mail to the address that will be shown in the exchange process, or that we enclose in the original shipment. The customer must bear the cost of shipping the product.
- If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must also send us a duly completed and signed withdrawal form.
- In the case of a return, if the total amount of the products purchased and not returned does not exceed €40, the recipient must also pay the original shipping costs of the first shipment.
To do so, the following steps must be followed:
- The customer must send a complaint through our form or send an email to hi@monetbotanics.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The customer will have 14 calendar days to return the product. The customer must pay the shipping costs when returning the product. In case the complaint is filed within 24 hours of receipt, the cost will be borne by MONET BOTANICS.
After verifying the returned products, MONET BOTANICS will make the corresponding refund, if applicable, the cost of the returned order plus the return costs. Products must be returned as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum of thirty days after withdrawal.
Refunds will be made through the same payment method and bank account and will only be made through the credit card used in the purchase process. No claims or refunds will be accepted after the periods specified above have elapsed.
In no case will we accept returns due to errors in the order placed by the customer, as we consider that they verify and accept the products when they purchase them.
