If the customer wishes to return items for any of the above reasons, you can return the defective product in its original packaging within 7 working days from the date of delivery. You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must be returned without having been used and/or manipulated, as well as retaining the original packaging, in accordance with Article 44 of the Law regulating Spanish retail trade, Law 7/1996 of 15 January. 1996, amended by Law 47/2002 of 19 December 2002.
To do so, you must follow the following steps:
- The customer must send a complaint through our form or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within a maximum of 24 hours of receiving the order
- The customer will have seven working days to return the product. The customer must pay for the shipping when returning the product. If the complaint is made within 24 hours of receipt, the cost will be paid by MONET BOTANICS.
- After verifying the returned products, MONET BOTANICS will make the corresponding refund, if applicable, the cost of the returned order plus the return costs. Products must be returned as soon as possible and in any case within a maximum of thirty days after withdrawal.
Refunds will be made through the same payment method and bank account and will only be made through the credit card used in the purchase process. No claims or refunds will be accepted after the periods specified above have elapsed.
Under no circumstances will we accept returns due to errors in the order placed by the customer, since we consider that they verify and accept the products when they buy them.
