However, because each product is individually handmade and created with natural ingredients, variations such as a slight colour change may occur and may also vary depending on your computer settings.
MONET BOTANICS is subject to changes of any kind or discontinuation of its products without prior notice, affecting both their characteristics and price, but in any case the conditions of sale in force at the time of purchase will continue to apply. Each product will have a data file specifying its characteristics, how to use it, ingredients and related products. We undertake to maintain a stock of all products displayed on the website. When MONET BOTANICS receives personal information through the "Contact Us" form, we will not use the information for any purpose other than to respond to customer enquiries. Customer information is only collected when an order is placed and MONET BOTANICS will only provide certain order, delivery address and product information to our international carriers and they in turn may pass this information to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. After an order is placed, we add your details to our database and may send you an occasional newsletter. We do not store credit or debit card numbers.

PRICES
All prices in the online shop include VAT and the currency options are Euro (EUR).
PAYMENT
Payments will be made by credit card.
All products remain the property of MONET BOTANICS until full payment is made. The applicable prices are established on the date you place your order. Final shipping costs and payment fees are specified in the checkout process before confirming the purchase. MONET BOTANICS reserves the right to refuse any payment deemed fraudulent and to exercise its legal remedies if a payment dispute arises through your credit card provider. If your credit card provider rejects a payment when due, MONET BOTANICS at its discretion may delay or cancel the delivery of any order you have placed.
All transfers made through MONET BOTANICS are handled and processed through dedicated third party gateways to ensure their protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled with SSL encryption. Please read the terms and conditions of the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
At the time of payment, you must indicate your preferred method of payment. Upon receipt of your order, you will be invoiced for your order, including freight costs. If you nominated a credit card as your preferred method of payment, you will be charged for your order.
MONET BOTANICS will verify the credit card information you submit and inform you that your payment has been accepted. You must submit to MONET BOTANICS such information as may be reasonably requested for authorization and verification of your credit card purchases.
MONET BOTANICS will deliver the products only after payment has been credited to the specific MONET BOTANICS bank account.
MONET BOTANICS has the right to set off and deduct from any refund due to you, at any time, all sums owed to MONET BOTANICS. If your account is placed in collection, MONET BOTANICS shall be entitled to claim all reasonable expenses for collection, including legal fees incurred.
